Shipping Information

The vast majority of orders ship out the same business day, if ordered before 1pm CST.

With our free standard shipping option, we ship via the most economical method.  This can be USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL or OnTrac depending on how large the package is and where you are located.

The most important part:
Most orders are delivered within 3-4 business days.  If you need quicker shipping, please contact us first to see if we can arrange expedited shipping.

*Business day excludes weekends and holidays, although we often do ship on weekends.

Order Tracking

You will receive an email as soon as your order ships, with a link to track the package to your doorstep.  All orders are shipped via a trackable method.

30 Day Hassle-Free Returns

We understand not every order will be perfect. That's why we have a 30 day, hassle-free return policy for all orders through our website. If you're having an issue with an order, we will be more than happy to help you out. 

To submit a return request, please either contact us here or simply hit "reply" on either your order confirmation or shipment notification emails.

Return Policy

  • 30 days from delivery of order
  • All parts must be in new and unused condition, with original packaging
  • All parts, installation hardware, etc. must be included
  • We cannot accept returns for products with visible signs of installation or installation attempts
  • We do not cover return shipping fees

Order Cancellations

  • We will do our best to honor any order cancellations, but we cannot guarantee we will be able to stop an order from shipping
  • To request a cancellation, please reply to your order confirmation email
  • Orders are subject to a 3% cancellation fee
  • If we are unable to cancel an order, you may still return it for a refund

Delivery Refusals / Undeliverable Shipments

  • May be assessed return handling charges

Review Policy

We know how important it is to read unbiased reviews of products, which is why we welcome and encourage our customers to leave a product review after they have had a chance to use and review the product. We do not hide negative reviews. All reviews - both positive and negative - are published provided they meet the following criteria:

  • The review must be from a verified PartCatalog customer with an order on file for the product that is being reviewed
    • We email all customers a review request after the product has been delivered, this serves as automatic verification
  • The review must be about the product itself
  • The product must be verified as fitting the customer's vehicle. For example, we will not publish a review if we know the customer selected the wrong vehicle on our website (ie. customer drives an Accord but ordered for a Civic, or has a 2018 but ordered for a 2017)
  • We do not publish reviews for products before the product has been delivered

Our goal is to establish a completely unbiased source for reviews. Our Review Policy is designed so that customers and visitors have the best possible information specific to their vehicle from verified reviewers. This prevents competitors, brands, manufacturers and unverified customers from being able to artificially impact a product.

Warranties

If you have a warranty issue, please contact us providing us with as much information as possible. We will coordinate with the manufacturer, and will help resolve your issue if your order is eligible for warranty resolution. Photos showing the issue experienced may be required.

Warranty claim decisions are at the exclusive decision of the original manufacturer.
